THE SHOPPES AT STERLING PARC IN MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. ADDS FLAWLESS PAWS TO ITS RETAIL ROSTER

Sterling Properties has announced the addition of Flawless Paws to the expanding retail roster at The Shoppes at Sterling Parc, an 18,000 square-foot retail center in the heart of nearly 500 high-end residential units in Middletown, N.Y.

Offering one of the most complete pet grooming experiences in the Hudson Valley, Flawless Paws has opened a new 1,250 square-foot modern location at The Shoppes at Sterling Parc that’s perfectly suited to allow for further expansion of the company’s clientele.   Formed in 2001, Flawless Paws grooms all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats using only the finest and safest all natural products.   All pets are bathed with high end “Prima” bathing systems, which oxidize a mixture of shampoo and water resulting in a seriously deep clean coat and healthier skin. The company also sells a small selection of home grooming supplies and products, as well as popular “Pet Odor Exterminator” candles and sprays.

“Our original shop was located in the lower level of my home,” says owner and founder Shay Roda, who possesses more than a decade of experience in pet grooming.  “It was the perfect situation for me to get on my feet and gain a loyal following.  However, we outgrew that location and strict regulations for residential-based companies were limiting the growth of my company. Parking was also getting tough with a residential driveway and a growing number of daily customers.”

The Shoppes at Sterling Parc was the perfect retail center to support the growth of Flawless Paws with customized suites that meet specific business needs.   In addition to providing a state-of-the-art retail center to call home, the new site allowed Flawless Paws to create a salon that further broadens its scope of unique services by incorporating facilities dedicated to “special needs” pets, such as rescued dogs and senior pets with compromised health.  Continue reading
