Such was the case for Lisa and Peter Romoff and their dog Ollie. The couple had been enjoying the bright lights of Manhattan in an Upper East Side apartment until Peter was assigned to Orange Regional Medical Center for his residency in internal medicine. With the primary condition they wanted to stay close to the medical center, the former New York City residents began a search of apartments in Orange County that offered the kind of luxury, space and amenities that fit their lifestyle.
“We researched apartments and single-family homes that were closest to Orange Regional Medical Center, including Sterling Parc at Middletown,” Ms. Romoff says. “We came across Southgate online.
