Five decades later, she has reincarnated the farm to the art of whole living; an Agroecology destination, Spice Shop, Apiary, a hands-on learning Cooking School, Spice Suppers, and an Ayurvedic holistic wellness center, focusing on transcendental yoga meditation.

Nirmala is a sought after speaker and consultant on global trends, flavor, and fragrance.
