Stretch and Dance to Yogapalooza
Albany will be dancing and stretching with children’s favorite yoga expert in Yogapalooza with Bari Koral. An interactive concert packed with yoga poses, songs, dance, and play, it’s based on the TV show created and hosted by Koral, who’s appeared at the White House and all over the country. Koral gets children involved in yoga in a fun, entertaining way with activities such as taking a trip to the moon, yoga with a gingerbread man, pop like popcorn, hang upside-down like bats, and lots more as they rock out to award-winning songs.
