Where: 400 Sams Point Rd, Cragsmoor, NY 12420

Join the hike to explore Verkeerderkill Falls, a lake, ice caves and a dwarf pitch pine forest. They will also have excellent panoramic views of the Shawangunk Mountains during the hike.
Please be prepared for all conditions.

Wear appropriate clothing and waterproof boots as the approach to the waterfalls might be wet and muddy. Bring enough water (minimum 2L) for a 8 mile hike and a packed lunch. Also a headlamp might be helpful for the ice caves.

Following the hike, we will grab food and drinks at one of the restaurants in town or you can head out.

We can set up a car pool for everyone. Please email the organizer if you can offer a ride or need a ride. plant to be at the trailhead by 10 AM, we will leave promptly.
