Developer Sterling Properties announced today the initial apartment phase at Southgate Middletown has reached the mark of 100% leased.
With leasing for the first phase fully executed, the developer is now launching the next section of over 200 one- and two-bedroom rental homes at the popular community in Orange County, N.Y.’s City of Middletown.
